Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we will work with you to make this happen. We will accept returns for a refund, exchange or store credit, whichever you prefer.

Special Notes

• Clothing that is returned must not have been worn and cannot have spots, tears, etc.
• All returns and exchanges must take place within 15 days.

Return Process

If you would like to return your purchase, please follow these steps:

1. Call the store at 830-997-5507 during business hours.
2. We will discuss the best course of action with you and plan for your return or exchange.
3. Send your shipment back to 102 E. Main Street, Fredericksburg, TX 78624. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
4. Credit card refunds will occur when we receive your shipment in the store.
